Este potente plato est\u00e1 compuesto\u00a0por oreas de cerdo, el espiazo, \u00a0 \u00a0rabo, adem\u00e1s de usar habas y jud\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>La Tortilla del Sacromonte<\/strong>, es un plato que s\u00f3lo es consumido por aquellos que no\u00a0tienen reparos en comer lo que sea que tengan frente a s\u00ed, pues sus ingredientes son\u00a0sesos cocidos y criadillas \u00a0 \u00a0 de ternera. Los ingredientes son picados en peque\u00f1os\u00a0trozos, para ser salteados y posteriormente ser mezclados con huevos batidos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Las Papas a lo Pobre<\/strong>, consiste en papas fritas en aceite de oliva, huevo y pimientos\u00a0fritos. Esta receta es el acompa\u00f1ante ideal de diversos platillos, adem\u00e1s de resultar\u00a0f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido de preparar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Los potajes de Berzas<\/strong>, son preparados con vegetales y legumbres, lo que permite\u00a0una exquisita mezcla de sabores, adaptable a los gustos m\u00e1s diversos.<\/p>\n<p>Los platos a base de pescado, tambi\u00e9n son populares en la regi\u00f3n y pueden\u00a0ser degustados de distintas maneras.\u00a0Los dulces son una caracter\u00edstica propia de las gastronom\u00edas locales y la de\u00a0Granada no es una excepci\u00f3n.
